In Person Programming Tuesdays at 10 AM at Temple Beth Sholom. All ages and all abilities are welcome! This gentle yoga program is designed to inspire and empower seniors through the power of yoga. Students gently move, stretch, bend, and breathe while sitting in a chair to relaxing meditation music. Students can also stand behind their chairs for additional yoga movements.
