Come early for Chair Yoga at 10 AM. Stay afterward for hot kosher lunch ($4 suggested donation).

Lunch: Today’s menu is sweet & sour chicken tenders with brown rice and vegetable blend.

COVID protocols: At this time, proof of vaccination or negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of the program is required. Lunch offers socially distanced seating opportunities.
