Part One: Cooking Demo with Michael A. Gardiner, author of Modern Kosher
Tuesday, September 15 at 7 PM ET on Zoom
Watch as the author of Modern Kosher: Global Flavors, New Traditions shares and demonstrates his recipes of modern takes on traditional Rosh Hashanah dishes, including:
- Beet Tzimmes
- Israeli Couscous with Asparagus and Tomato Confit
- Steelhead Trout Cakes with Herbed Mustard (NEW!)
Learn the history and significance of these foods and what they represent for your Rosh Hashanah table. All participants will receive the recipes in advance and have an opportunity for Q&A with the author.
