Join Erika Lannaman, MS, RD, of Inserra Supermarkets, Inc. for an interactive workshop about the health benefits of olive oil. Taste a variety of olive oils and learn how to incorporate them into your diet.

Cost

$5 suggested daily donation (includes exercise at 10 AM, workshop at 11 and lunch at 12 PM). Our Active Seniors program caters to people ages 65 and older who are Bergen County residents. All community members are welcome. No membership required.

MENU: Israeli salad, chicken tenders, Hawaiian brown rice. Every meal includes bread, side vegetables, soup or salad, fruit and juice.

COVID Protocols

Since Federal guidance regarding COVID prevention mandates masks in healthcare settings and congregant settings, the JCC of Northern NJ maintains that masks are required for our indoor programming but may be removed for lunch, with socially distanced seating opportunities. As additional CDC guidance evolves, so will our COVID protocols. Our priority continues to be the health and well-being of our valued community members.
