Breain Break: Yoga

Join Rachen Dewan, E-RYT500, Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, as she guides us on a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience. Rachel will guide us through gentle movements, meditation and deep breathing to calm our minds and soothe our hearts.

JCCNNJ’s “Brain Breaks” are free to attend and conducted on Zoom. You only need an internet connection to attend. This is how JCCNNJ continues to create meaningful moments, even when we can’t be together in person. If there’s something we know well, as a virtual JCC, it’s that we don’t need a building to feel a sense of connection with each other. Come meet us on Zoom for this “Brain Break”!

No yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, large towel or blanket to lay down on your floor. No other equipment required.
