Waiver of Liability: I understand that certain YM-YWHA of Bergen County (JCC NNJ) activities and programs and the use of equipment including, but not limited to, health, fitness and recreation activities and equipment are potentially hazardous. I acknowledge that I/my child is voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with knowledge of dangers involved. I hereby agree to assume and accept all risks. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the JCC NNJ and its officers, agents, employees, representative and successors from any and all liability from injuries and damages resulting there-from. I understand that the JCC NNJ occasionally takes photographs, audio recordings and/or videos of people at our programs and publishes them in promotional materials including but not limited to our website, facebook pages and groups, newspaper articles (“Promotional Materials”). I agree to allow the JCC NNJ to use Promotional Materials of myself and/or my family.
