Waiver of Liability: I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the JCC NNJ and its officers, agents, employees, representative and successors from any and all liability from injuries and damages resulting there-from. I understand that the JCC NNJ occasionally takes photographs, audio recordings and/or videos of people at our programs and publishes them in promotional materials including but not limited to our website, social media, newspaper articles (“Promotional Materials”). I agree to allow the JCC NNJ to use Promotional Materials of myself and/or my family.
