DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOctober 7 marks a deeply painful anniversary for our community. We have created this moment to help our J on the Go families feel connected to each other and avoid navigating this day alone. We will honor the lives lost\, including Ariel and Kfir and their mother\, Shira Bibas\, by doing what they were not given the chance to do: share joyful Jewish moments as a family. In their memory\, we will let Jewish joy shine as a light against the darkness of that day’s horrors. \n\n\n\nOur Jewish Joy (Hay)Ride will give children a chance to touch\, feel\, pick\, and decorate mini pumpkins in celebration of the harvest holiday of Sukkot. All activities and language will be age-appropriate\, centered on happiness\, joy\, and Jewish traditions. \n\n\n\nFor parents\, even a simple knowing nod or understanding glance can be a source of strength. By coming together\, we can share this day’s emotions\, support one another\, and feel the power of community\, even amid the constant distractions of parenting young children. \n\n\n\nSupport for this program is provided by the JCC of Northern NJ and Mit-habrim\, an initiative of JCC Association of North America\, in partnership with Israel’s Ministry for Diaspora Affairs. \n\n\n\nLocation: Mahwah \n\n\n\nSOLD OUT!!
