Students gently move, stretch, bend, and breathe while sitting in a chair to relaxing meditation music. Students can also stand behind their chairs for additional yoga movements.

Join us to celebrate Earth Day together with a film and a mitzvah project. Together, we will learn and listen to a film about our climate. Then, as our Mitzvah Moment, we will also create and paint birdhouses to donate to the nursery school at the temple so the children can proudly display them in their playground.
This Zumba class is a fun, energizing and low-impact exercise class. Participants can either sit or stand to participate. It’s a great way to stay healthy and moving! This program is open to the community; no membership is needed. Participants are invited to pay a $5 optional donation to support this programming. No pre-registration required. Please register for lunch after Zumba one week in advance.

This co-ed mini-soccer class teaches the basics of soccer using fun exercises and techniques. This motivational environment will help kids learn the sport while having fun. This program is open to the community.

Join us for a four-part weekly series beginning Thursday, May 5 at 10 AM for a toddler art class with Abrakadoodle, a premier art school located in Bergen County. This program is best for kids ages 18 months u2013 3 years old. This is not a drop-off program. Registration is now open and spots are limited. Each family will receive a weekly goody bag from u201cJ on the Gou201c, JCC of Northern NJu2019s mobile outreach program for Jewish families with young children.
Join us for exercise at 10 AM, community games at 11 AM (grab a friend and play some Scrabble or join a group and play gin rummy!) then enjoy a kosher meal for lunch at 12 PM.
Join us every Friday at 10 AM at various parks as we kick off Shabbat with song and cheer. Each week, a different guest speaker will join us to teach us a u201cparent hacku201d u2013 something to make the lives of raising young children just a little bit easier.
While the kids enjoy their challah and cookies, the parents will be able to ask questions and hear from our weekly special guest.
