Family Concert Featuring A-Hum Music

Online pre-sales are now closed. Limited tickets are available at the door. Cash only preferred.

Got cabin fever? Join us for a family concert with A-Hum Music! This fun, interactive musical event is best for ages 0-5 years old. Each family will receive a take-home snack bag. Special thanks to our event co-host, Beth Haverim Shir Shalom. Doors open at 3:30 PM.

Location: Beth Haverim Shir Shalom
280 Ramapo Valley Rd, Mahwah, NJ

Cost: $10 per family. Grandparents welcome!

COJECO, the Russian-speaking Jewish family organization in our area

Grab the whole family & join us for this special Hanukkah celebration.

Doors open at 4 PM with traditional Hanukkah goodies to eat and fun take-home crafts. Interactive musical performance by KidzMusic at 4:30 PM. Get ready to shake and sing along!

Tickets are just $20 per family. Grandparents welcome!

Mini Maccabiah Games (Session 2)

Spend Sundays with us for some small group fun and introduce your child to an array of different sports, including soccer, mini-baseball and other age-appropriate sports. Focus will be on cooperative play and positive reinforcement. Activities include fun parent participation.

Go for the gold! All children receive a medal and chocoolate gelt at the end of the series. Go, Mini-Maccabiahs!

Classes will be held indoors with optional outdoor classes on astroturf, weather permitting.

Sign up for the series or choose a drop in price for a single session.

$100 for the series; $30 for a single session.
Ages 18 months – 3 years old.

Apples & Honey Holiday Hut

Meet us at our “Apples & Honey Holiday Hut” at the Bergen County Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept 18 from 10 AM to noon.

Stop by the “hut” to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, with crafts, activities and take home treats. Special shofar lesson at 11 AM (optional: BYO shofar).

Enjoy the rest of the festival happening all weekend long, which includes bouncy houses, food trucks, animals and more. Admission to the festival is free and sponsored by Bergen County Parks & Recreation.

Ark in the Park

Celebrate the animals with this “Noah’s Ark” inspired family gathering. We’ll meet as a group for some animal-style crafts, snacks and songs then visit the zoo together.

In partnership with Shalom Baby.

$10 suggested donation per family. Please purchase your zoo tickets separately.

Rocktoberfest

Meet us at JCC Rockland’s “Rocktoberfest”! Join us anytime between 10:30 AM and 12 PM for crafts, stories and songs about the harvest holiday. S

Enjoy the rest of Rocktoberfest throughout the day, including Touch-a-Truck, petting zoo, free popcorn & cotton candy, food trucks, bouncy houses and more until 3 PM. Admission to Rocktoberfest is free and open to the public.
